Goat cheese salad with Walnut oil
Ingredients:
Green mixed radicchios, 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 4 slices round goat cheese, 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts, 3 Tbsp LeBlanc Pure Walnut Oil , 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar, and crushed garlic.
1. Make dressing with walnut oil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper.
2. Toast the bread the size of the slice of cheese. Top bread with goat
cheese and place under medium/hot broiler until the cheese is golden.
3. Pour dressing on salad, top with cheese toast, and sparkled with walnuts. Drizzle some Fleur De Sel for a final touch.
