Shipping and Processing

In-stock merchandise typically ships within one or two days of the order. Items sent directly from the manufacturer or items requiring In-Home or Truck Delivery may have longer lead times of up to, but not limited to, 6 weeks. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for backordered items; please note these dates are subject to change.    

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard UPS ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

Oversized Delivery

Certain items are subject to an Oversized Delivery charge and will be determined.

Truck Delivery

Many large and heavy items are delivered by Truck Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and you may be responsible for moving the items from the back of the truck to your home. Truck Delivery may be upgraded to White Glove Delivery for additional fees.

Truck Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery usually one day in advance or on the same day of delivery.  Please give us phone numbers where you can be reached.   

In-Home Delivery Service (White Glove Delivery) COD

Selected large and heavy items are delivered by a White Glove Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. When delivered, items will be brought into the house and packing materials removed. In-Home Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Assembly is not included, additional freight charges may apply for special deliveries such as multiple floor placement or difficult to access areas.  All deliveries fees are COD.  All Truck Deliveries are Monday through Friday; carrier's will call to arrange for delivery. Freight items can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.
