Shipping and Policies

International Orders- International orders are not returnable which include but not limited to Valdrome products.

RETURNS/DAMAGE

Returns:   All returns are subject to  a 15% restocking fee and do not include the shipping fees.

Damaged: Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All claims must be made in writing. All packaging should be keep in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.   Recognizable damage to the exterior of the  shipping box should be immediately noted to the delivery company and interior inspection should be made at the time of delivery.  Do not accept the package if you suspect internal damage to your order.  Please notify us so we can provide you with a pick up ticket.  A photo of the damaged product can sometimes be sent as proof of damage instead of returning the items, especially if the item is of a lesser value.

 
Holiday Delivery: During peak times, deliveries may take one additional day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.   Items shipping directly from France can take 6-8 weeks.  Some of our French reps close down during the month of August and December for vacations and product is not deliverable until they return. We will notify you of those situations.

Wrong Addresses: Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.

Undelivered Packages: Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door.
 
Perishables: Food items and perishables cannot be returned.

Special or Custom Orders:  All custom orders are non returnable.
