This lovely Karlie French-inspired bench is a hand-carved, hand-finished ash wood frame. The upholstery is hand-spun wool and silk finished with antiqued brass nailheads. The corners are embellished with a framed floral motif, the legs are conical and separated by a turned ring and tapering down to a blunt arrow foot. The arrow foot became popular in the mid-18th century. The elegant Karlie bench would look elegant at the foot of your bed or in the entry for guests to comfortably sit.
