Shipping & Returns

⚠️ Please Read Before You Order

Due to rising freight and tariff costs, free shipping is no longer available. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders on in-stock items are processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.

Some items may ship sooner, but faster delivery is not guaranteed and cannot be used as grounds for cancellation.


Delivery Options (Based on Item Size & Fragility):

  • Porch or Curbside Delivery – Default
    Most freight items are delivered to your porch, garage, or driveway. The driver will not enter your home.
    → If you require assistance bringing it inside, please upgrade your shipping at the time of order.

  • White Glove – $299
    Includes in-home placement, debris removal, and carry up 1 flight of stairs.

  • Deluxe White Glove – $399
    Includes item inspection prior to delivery, small repairs if needed, in-home setup, and debris removal. Recommended for beds, large wall units, and multi-piece orders.


🚪 Access & Measuring Guidelines

Before ordering, please measure your:

  • Doorways

  • Hallways

  • Stairwells

Let us know in advance if your location includes:

  • Gated access or codes

  • Long/narrow driveways

  • Steep staircases

  • Tight corners or elevators

These may result in additional delivery charges or failed delivery attempts.


❌ Non-Cancelable Orders

Once an order is submitted to the factory, it cannot be canceled or changed. This includes all:

  • Custom orders

  • French Market Collection

  • AVE Home

  • Sugarboo

  • Couture Dreams


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not returnable under any circumstances:

  • Assembled or modified items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Opened or used items

  • French Market Collection, AVE Home, Sugarboo, Couture Dreams

  • Sale items and gift cards


💳 Cancellations & Address Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • A 30% restocking fee applies

  • Address changes may result in carrier rerouting charges

  • Do not contact the shipper directly—changes must go through us


🔁 Returns

Returns must be:

  • Requested within 10 days of delivery

  • In original packaging, unused, and unassembled

Return options:

  • Refund to original payment: 30% restock fee + all shipping charges

  • Store credit: No restock fee, but shipping charges still apply

Note: Some items only qualify for store credit.


🚛 Return Shipping

  • Ground shipments: We’ll provide a return label. You are responsible for all shipping fees + restocking fee.

  • Freight shipments: We can help coordinate a return carrier. You are responsible for both directions of freight + restock.


📦 Damaged Items

  • Ground shipments:
    Contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of damage and packaging.

  • Freight deliveries:
    Inspect before signing. If you see damage:

    • Note it on the driver’s paperwork

    • Refuse delivery

    • Keep all packaging

If you don’t note visible damage at delivery, we may not be able to file a claim.

Note: Freight carriers reserve the right to repair the item instead of replacing or refunding.


💵 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks of receiving your return.

  • Credit card refunds may take 1–4 business days to appear

  • Store credit will be issued as a separate notification

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your card has expired or was canceled, contact your card provider.


📌 Summary

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout

  • Porch Delivery is the default

  • Upgrades must be requested in advance

  • 30% restocking fee applies to most returns/cancellations

  • Some brands are non-returnable

  • Custom and special orders cannot be canceled

  • Delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation
