Shipping & Returns Policy

At Maison de Kristine, we want your experience to be smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Methods

Porch Delivery
Most small and medium packages ship via UPS or FedEx and are delivered to your porch or doorstep. Carriers do not bring items inside.

White Glove Delivery
Large furniture may ship with white glove service. This includes in-home placement, unpacking, and basic assembly. Available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of purchase.

Freight Delivery
Oversized or heavy items may ship via freight. Freight is curbside unless a delivery upgrade is arranged. Please inspect freight shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the bill of lading before signing.

International Orders

Maison de Kristine is not responsible for packages once they leave the United States. Any customs delays, import duties/taxes, or delivery issues are handled by the carrier and the receiving country’s customs and postal services. Please consult your local customs office prior to ordering.

Freight Forwarder Orders

If you choose to ship your order to a U.S. freight forwarder, our responsibility ends once the package is safely delivered to the freight forwarder’s U.S. address. We do not repackage or prepare items for international transit; that service is the responsibility of your freight forwarder. Any damages, delays, duties, taxes, or lost items that occur once the package leaves the United States are the sole responsibility of the freight forwarder and the receiving country’s customs and postal service.

Delivery Upgrades & Access Notes

Delivery upgrades (inside delivery, upstairs delivery, tight access, etc.) must be arranged prior to shipment and may incur additional fees. Please confirm that doorways, stairways, elevators, and driveways allow safe access for the carrier.

Damages

We carefully inspect and package each order before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging and materials.
  2. Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. Contact us right away so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Maison de Kristine is not responsible for damages that occur once a package is with a freight forwarder or during international transit.

Returns
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • French Market Collection
  • AVE Home
  • Sugarboo
  • Couture Dreams
  • All custom or made-to-order items
Storage Fees

If delivery is delayed due to access issues or scheduling conflicts, storage or redelivery fees may apply. Please ensure your space is ready to receive your order.

Additional Notes
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.
  • Some French Market Collection and Sugarboo items are made-to-order and may take up to 90 days.
